This is the
most connected age ever, one can easily work online and earn a living purely by
using the internet. There are many tools one can use to leverage business deals
from Social Media to websites such : Facebook, Twitter, Wordpress, Gumtree,
Craigslist Pinterest, Amazon, Google Adwords, Google Adsense, Ebay, Snapchat,
Youtube and Instagram are essentially huge marketing tools to promote a product
and get ones name out there constantly.
Over 3 billion
people use the internet, alone 2 billion use facebook. By 2020 the number is
set to increase to 6 billion people. Currently the world has 7 billion people, and
soon the majority of the world will be connected. Truly the global connections
are closing down the distance which one can reach and one is faced with the
challenge of having the world globally connected and leveraged at ones
fingertips literally. As I post this to the world – literally the whole world
can read and share this onwards.
This means the
internet is growing market and now is the time to invest. Bitcoins crypto
currency are looking like the online currency of choice, it can be anonymous
and therefore though attractive for criminals, is having serious looks from the
investment banking and financial services as the swings will invite seasoned
traders to make use of the fundamental analysis such as Elliot waves etc to
make money.
For the above
reason, I urge you all not to be stuck with the employee mindset think 4 hour
work week: An Employer deciding how much money you earn hence putting a price
on you, when you can go on holiday, what time you can wake up and what time you
go to bed. I also urge you all to think entrepreneurially,
do you have any off line skills you currently provide? Perhaps by having an increasing presence on Facebook,
Twitter, Wordpress, Gum tree, Craigslist, Pinterest, Amazon, Google Adwords, Google Adsense, Ebay, Snapchat, Youtube and Instagram can create a following for your brand of work, ie having multiple pictures uploaded or videos online can create an active interest and keep your product in the spotlight so when that customer comes along they can engage actively in your product.
I was that
kind of person, get a good education, go to uni, and get a good job to achieve
the dream of car, house, marriage, children and prepare for retirement. This is
no longer the case the threat of automation. The way in which job security is
going signals to the market that this no longer a valid route in life to take.
As now jobs which are easy to do are being automated. As well this we live in
the current world as millennial as the so-called generation rent. We are
clearly no longer doing the traditional things.

Tiwa Savage - Marriage in Turmoil
This
is a classic case of (Tiwa Savage) girl going for the bad boy which works as a
staple model for relationships that I have seen result in an abusive negative
outcome.
Tee
billz who is said to have a prior history of having had baby mamas around
the world is notorious for being a player. Tiwa payed for his living
costs, to cover up his debts ie it's like he wasn't even earning a living whilst
being married as he was sacked from his role as manager of Tiwa - for allegedly
stealing funds.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O22u_FUkmu8
According
to Tiwa he was openly not coming home in the early hours of the morning which
would have created and just shows the trust issues at
play -- with him playing away which is a big faux par to the success
of any relationship. The Nigerian cultural pressure to marry would have played
a strong role here. Tiwa wanted to perhaps desperate to get married a lot and
as result she made a wrong choice of husband.
I predict more situations like this are
becoming and will be more prevalent within the black community ( the betrayals
of trust/female breadwinner). Especially as women tend to be the main bread winners
due to their economic success within the black community more so in the
contracting recessionary climate we live in. More generally girls
seem to find the bad boys attractive so a relationship like this is the logical
outcome, mixed with the external pressures of family, people like Tiwa must
have a lot of pressure and external influences to see explosive outcomes like
this.

‘When I Needed A Neighbour Were You There?’: Addressing Racism In Britain, The Elephant In The Room
Siana Bangura and Racism
http://www.blackballad.co.uk/siana-bangura-racist-train-to-liverpool-story/
To be frank in response to the above article, the system in the UK is institutionally racist. This inherit racist appears predominately in the western world ( USA and UK). Racism appears to be a "natural" thing by which the ruling majority attack the minority. This is just the way it is and probably always going to be...
Looking at these videos from Tupac in 1994, he predicts most of what we are seeing today over 20 years ago:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XL3B5tHpj1Y
It is funny how Siana is seen as very black, whilst in the University of Cambridge, a historically traditional and a predominately "white (upper middle class) university". From my experience, this university tends to clash with modern society, as it has often been described as a elitist bubble . In University people ensured for example my corridor was called Gangsta's Paradise and people would rate or judge me for being black simply because in some cases I was the first black person they had met so every stereotype of a black person was assumed true for me.
I don't think the UK will change much as the racism is built into every fabric of the UK and if anything, people are just more closet racists now. I doubt change will or can happen though, but perhaps it is down to us individuals to change the system by force. I believe it's going to be hard work to change the UK: the question is, is it really worth it? Or should us, (we the people) from ethnic minorities move out or go back to our home countries?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XR3gfLa5c50
Or will scenes like the start of the above video be more acceptable in the workplace?
Now we have mass shootings in USA!! And people protesting proving the point: the system is institutionally racist.

Diane Abbott's Rascist Remarks
Is Diane Abbott really rascist or is this just symptom of Politically Correct Society that we live in.
She is pretty much saying white people are out to get black people, trying to divide and rule over them. Its racist and generalising, assuming all white people want to rule over blacks and that we all have the same attitudes since colonial days
She's said that all white people like to 'divide and rule' (a fairly negative status is attached to that, wouldn't you say?)
Imagine if David Cameron tweeted that 'black people love to take bribes' or 'asians love to join gangs' or 'hispanics love to steal'. Would you be wondering if that was racist?
So basically we're offended by her generalisation of white people.
Ok, gotcha.
I still don't think it's racist, though, because it's based on a truth that I wish alot
of (black) people in general would wake up and realise, and then realise that
they have the power to counter it.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-16423278
BBC is now reporting on it.
Ms Abbott updated her page on Twitter later to say: "Tweet taken out of context. Refers to nature of 19th Century European colonialism. Bit much to get into 140 characters."
So she thinks that there was nothing wrong with that tweet and claiming white people have colonial attitudes and want to rule over black people is just dandy.
Counter what? This grand conspiracy of white people? I don't see how
this is based on truth at all. As a white person I can tell you I don't
seek to divide and rule over black people. (she does not even say who or
what institution, if she has a problem with an institution or social
issue then there are far better ways to deal with it then tweets like
this)
What I find offensive about this Twitter exchange (and I have bothered to look at the context surrounding this single tweet) is that the original poster was making a comment about generalisation, "I do wish everyone would stop saying 'the black community' though. Which one?" Notice the context - the current Stephen Lawrence sentencing, not 19th century colonialism. For Abbott to then follow that up with a comment about 'white people' (who exactly?) is not only racist but entirely missing the point of the conversation. Furthermore, the use of present tense and choice of hash tag, #tacticasoldascolonialism, gives away her true intentions. She could easily have tagged the post with something that would give her tweet the context she claims it was meant in (e.g. #19thcenturycolonialism). However, by categorising it as a tactic as old as colonialism she is implying it is something in the present that has been happening since the nineteenth-century and not something that happened over a hundred years ago. The use of the phrase, "We should not play their game" serves to further divide them (the 'white people') from us (everybody else?). This seems ironical given the original accusation.
